Claims Administration Protocol definition

Claims Administration Protocol means the protocol that has been approved by a representative of the Commission and which will be submitted to and approved by the MDL Court, to implement the claims administration and Settlement process in the Multi-District Litigation.
Claims Administration Protocol means the protocol that has been approved by the Bureau, and which will be submitted to and approved by the MDL Court, to implement the claims administration process consistent with Sections VII, IX, X and XI of this Order and the Class Action Settlement.
