Class 1A-1B Certificates definition

Class 1A-1B Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class 1A-1B” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class 1A-1B Certificates means DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR2, Class 1A-1B Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.

  • This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-A1B Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class 1-A1B Certificates in the Trust Fund created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 5.02(g), all amounts distributable to the Holders of the Class 1A-1A and Class 1A-1B Certificates on account of the Mortgage Loans, shall be distributable first on account of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class AA Certificates means Pass Through Certificates issued by the Class AA Pass Through Trust.

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

  • Class A-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-4".

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.

  • Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 3 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 4 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Group III Certificates The Group III-A Certificates.

  • Group 1 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.
