Examples of Class 1A1 Certificates in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, on any Distribution Date in which the Class 1-A-1 Loss Amount exceeds the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates prior to any reduction for the Class 1-A-2 Loss Allocation Amount, such excess will be distributed in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-1 Certificates.
Any increase in the Class Certificate Balance allocated to the Class 1-A-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 5.03(b) will instead increase the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates.
Principal distributions to the Class 1A Supersenior Certificates pursuant to this Section 4.01(a)(ii)(A)(b)(i) shall be allocated sequentially to the Class 1A1 Certificates, Class 1A2 Certificates and 1A3 Component, in that order, until their respective Class Certificate Balances have been reduced to zero.
Any increase allocated to the Class 1-A-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 5.03(b) will instead increase the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates.
This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of a Percentage Interest (obtained by dividing the denomination of this Certificate by the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-A1 Certificates as of the Issue Date) in that certain beneficial ownership interest evidenced by all the Class 1-A1 Certificates in the Trust Fund created pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as specified above (the “Agreement”), among Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc.
Any increase in the Class Certificate Balance allocated to the Class 1-A-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 5.04(b)(i) will instead increase the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates.

Pursuant to such notional principal contract, all holders of the Class X Certificates shall be treated as having agreed to pay Basis Risk Shortfalls and Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls to the holders of the Class 1-A1 Certificates.
For purposes of providing tax information reporting with respect to the Class 1-A1 Certificates, the Trustee shall treat the notional principal contract described in this paragraph as having a value of $ 47,831.91 as of the Closing Date.
