Class 2A-1C Certificates definition

Class 2A-1C Certificates means DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1, Class 2A-1C Certificates, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
Class 2A-1C Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class 2A-1C” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Class 2A-1C Certificates in a sentence

  • Distributions on the Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates, will be derived primarily from a pool of non-conforming adjustable rate mortgage loans (“Group 2 Mortgage Loans”).

  • With respect to any Distribution Date and Insured Amount, the Securities Administrator shall make payments pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(i) and (ii), with respect to the Class 1-A-1B and Class 2-A-1C Certificates from the amount drawn under the Certificate Insurance Policy for such Distribution Date in respect of such respective Classes pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • If the Seller or its affiliate is the Holder of a Class 2-A-1A, Class 2-A-1B or Class 2-A-1C Certificates, the Seller or its affiliate shall remit to the Trustee the portion of Yield Maintenance Distributable Amounts received by the Holder of such Certificate on any Distribution Date, and the Trustee will remit such amounts to the Yield Maintenance Provider.

  • Distributions on the Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2A1C Certificates, will be derived primarily from a pool of non-conforming adjustable rate mortgage loans (“Group 2 Mortgage Loans”).

  • In addition, (i) the LIBOR Certificates represent the right to receive payments in respect of Basis Risk Shortfalls from the Basis Risk Reserve Fund as provided in Section 5.07 and (ii) the Class 1-A-1A, Class 1-A-1B, Class 2-A-1A, Class 2-A-1B, and Class 2-A-1C Certificates represent the right to receive payments in respect of Basis Risk Shortfalls from the Yield Maintenance Account as provided in Section 4.04.

  • The Basis Risk Reserve Fund X-2 Subaccount will be held in trust by the Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates.

  • Each of the Class 1-A-1A, Class 1-A-1B, Class 2-A-1A, Class 2-A-1B and Class 2-A-1C Certificates will only receive payment from amounts received from the related Yield Maintenance Agreement.

  • Any amounts remaining in the Distribution Account after distributions are made to the Class 1-A1A, Class 1-A1B, Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates from the Yield Maintenance Distributable Amounts shall be distributed to the Class X Certificates.

  • Each of the Class 1-A1A, Class 1-A1B, Class 2-A1A1, Class 2-A1A2, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates will only receive payment from amounts received from the related Yield Maintenance Agreement.

  • The Class 1-A1A, Class 1-A1B, Class 1-A1C, Class 2-A1A, Class 2-A1B and Class 2-A1C Certificates and the Residual Certificates shall be Physical Certificates.

Related to Class 2A-1C Certificates

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class AA Certificates means Pass Through Certificates issued by the Class AA Pass Through Trust.

  • Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.

  • Class A-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-4".

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.

  • Group III Certificates The Group III-A Certificates.

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-2B Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2B."

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Group 4 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
