Examples of Class 4A Certificates in a sentence
The Certificate Interest Rate for the Class 4-A Certificates for the interest accrual period for any Distribution Date will equal the Net WAC of the Group IV Mortgage Loans.
Distributions on the Class 1-A, Class 2-A, Class 3-A and Class 4-A Certificates will be primarily derived from the Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 and Group 4 adjustable rate mortgage loans, respectively (See “Mortgage Loans” herein).
Distributions on the Class 4-A Certificates will be primarily derived from the Group IV adjustable rate Mortgage Loans.
The other interest only component of the Class II-A-X Certificates will have a notional balance equal to the aggregate principal balance of the Class 4-A Certificates and the portion of the Group II Subordinate Certificates related to the Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

For any Distribution Date and the Class 4A Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a per annum rate, the numerator of which is equal to the product of (i) the amount of interest accrued on the Group 4 Loans at the Loan Group 4 Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate for that Distribution Date less the Net Negative Amortization Amount for Loan Group 4 and (ii) 12, and the denominator of which is equal to the Loan Group 4 Balance for such Distribution Date.
WAL and Payment Window for the Class 2-A, Class 3-A and Class 4-A Certificates are shown to the earlier of (i) Weighted Average Roll Date or (ii) the Optional Call Date and to maturity (as described herein).
