Class A-1 Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount definition

Class A-1 Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount means, for any Series of Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as the “Class A-1 Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement or Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement.
Class A-1 Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount means, for any Series of Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as the “Class A-1 Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement or Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement. “Class A-1 Interest Adjustment Amount” means, for any Series of Class A-1 Notes for any Interest Accrual Period, the aggregate amount, if any, for such Interest Accrual Period that is identified as a “Class A-1 Interest Adjustment Amount” in the applicable Series Supplement or Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”
