Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement definition

Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement means any note purchase agreement entered into by the Master Issuer in connection with the issuance of Class A-1 Notes that is identified as a “Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement” in the applicable Series Supplement.
Variable Funding Note Purchase Agreement means, for any Class of any Series of Variable Funding Notes, the note purchase agreement pursuant to which the Co-Issuers sell Notes designated at the time of issuance thereof as “Variable Funding Notes” to the note purchasers identified therein.
