Class A-1 Interest Shortfall. As to any Distribution Date, any amount by ---------------------------- which the amount distributed to Holders of Class A-1 Certificates on such Distribution Date is less than the amount computed pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of "Class A-1 Interest Distribution Amount."
