Class A-10 Certificate definition

Class A-10 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-10 and Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-10 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-10 Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-10 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-10 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-10, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
