  • CLASS A-10 CERTIFICATEHOLDER: The registered holder of a Class A-10 Certificate.

  • The Percentage Interest of each Class A-10 Certificate as of any date of determination will be equal to the percentage obtained by dividing the original Certificate Principal Balance of such Class A-10 Certificate on the Startup Day by the aggregate Class A-10 Certificate Principal Balance on the Startup Day.
