Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class A-1 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Class C Maturity Date is defined in the Indenture.
Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.
Class A-3 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class A-4 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2027.
Tranche B Maturity Date means May 8, 2009, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2028.
L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date in February 2024.
Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in May 2023.
Term Maturity Date means (a) in the case of the Initial Term Loans, February 4, 2028 and (b) in the case of any Incremental Term Facility or any Other Term Loan, the date set forth in the applicable documentation in respect thereof.
Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2022.
Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.
Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.
Term B Maturity Date means January 31, 2025.
Tranche A Maturity Date means November 8, 2008, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Initial Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) February 1, 2020 (the "Scheduled Initial Maturity Date"), and (ii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy thereunder.
Term Loan B Maturity Date means the earliest of (a) May 24, 2014, or (b) such earlier date upon which the Outstanding Amounts under the Term Loan Facility, including all accrued and unpaid interest, are required to be paid in full in accordance with the terms hereof.
Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).
Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.
Term A Loan Maturity Date means July 18, 2024 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.
Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.
