Class A-2 Outstanding Principal Balance. As of any Payment Date, an amount equal to Class A-2 Initial Principal Balance reduced by (i) all payments, if any, made on the Class A-2 Notes, in reduction of principal balance made on all prior Payment Dates and (ii) all Class A-2 Realized Loss Amounts with respect to prior Payment Dates.
