Class A-4 Note Interest definition

Class A-4 Note Interest means, for any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A-4 Interest Payment Amount for such Payment Date and the Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall, if any, as of the immediately preceding Payment Date.
Class A-4 Note Interest means, with respect to any Collection Period, the Class A-4 Note Current Interest and the Class A-4 Overdue Interest.
