Class A Overdue Principal definition

Class A Overdue Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the difference, if any, between (a) the Class A Principal Payment Amount due on the prior Payment Date and (b) the amount of the Class A Principal Payment Amount (from whatever source) actually paid to Class A Noteholders on the prior Payment Date.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).
