Upon the liquidation, dissolution or winding up of Corus, or other distribution of the assets of Corus or repayment of capital to its shareholders for the purpose of winding up its affairs, the holders of Class A Preferred Shares shall be entitled to receive for each such share, in priority of the holders of Class A Voting Shares and Class B Non‐Voting Shares, the Class A Redemption Amount per share together with all declared but unpaid dividends thereon (the “Class A Redemption Price”).
