Class Percentage Interest definition

Class Percentage Interest. The Class A Percentage Interest, the Class X Percentage Interest, the Class B Percentage Interest, the Class C Percentage Interest, the Class D Percentage Interest, the Class E Percentage Interest, the V-ABC Percentage Interest, the Class the Class V-D Percentage Interest, the Class V-E Percentage Interest, the Class V-F Percentage Interest and the Class V2 Percentage Interest.
Class Percentage Interest means, as to a Partner holding a class or series of Partnership Interests at any time, its interest in such class or series as determined by dividing the Partnership Units of such class or series then owned by such Partner by the total number of Partnership Units of such class or series then outstanding as specified in Exhibit A attached hereto, as such Exhibit A may be amended from time to time.
