Class Assets definition

Class Assets means, with respect to a Class, assets purchased with subscription and conversion monies of any series of Shares of that Class and all other assets which are referable to that Class;
Class Assets means the Class A Assets and the Class B Assets.
Class Assets means in relation to any Class, the assets of the Fund attributable to that Class comprising assets represented by the proceeds of the issue of Participating Shares of that particular Class, reserves (including retained earnings and capital reserves) and all other assets attributable to that Class.

Examples of Class Assets in a sentence

  • The Class NAV as of any Valuation Date shall be equal to the value of (i) the Class Assets, less (ii) the aggregate of (x) the Relevant Share of the Corporation Liabilities, (y) the Class Liabilities and (z) the Total Series Liabilities, in each case, determined in accordance with this section 3, as of the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date.

  • The Series NAV of a series of Shares of a Class as of any Valuation Date shall be equal to the value of (i) that series’ Proportionate Share of Class Assets, less (ii) the aggregate of (x) that series’ Proportionate Share of Corporation Liabilities, (y) that series Proportionate Share of Class Liabilities and (z) thatseries’ Series Liabilities.

  • The Responsible Entity shall not be obliged to make any apportionment of the Class Assets or to keep separate accounts in relation to each individual Investor of the relevant Class but shall hold and account for the whole of the Class Assets for the time being as one on the trusts of the Constitution.

  • The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Custodian all Fund securities, property, and cash attributable to its Shepherd Class shares ("Class Assets") including cash received for the issuance of its Shepherd Class shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement.

  • The Custodian will not be responsible for such Class Assets until actually received by it.

  • Amortization of tangible capital assets is done on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful life of the asset as follows: Asset Class Assets under construction and software under development are recorded in the applicable capital asset class in the year that they become available for use and are not amortized until they become available for use.

  • The Custodian is hereby authorized by the Fund to actually deposit any Class Assets in the Book-Entry System or in a depository, provided, however, that the Custodian shall always be accountable to the Fund for the Class Assets so deposited.

  • This Agreement has been executed by Officers of the Fund as Officers, and not individually, and the obligations contained herein are not binding upon any of the Trustees, Officers, Agents, or holders of shares, personally, but bind only the Fund and then only to the extent of Class Assets.

  • The Class Assets and Class Liabilities of each Class shall be kept separate and separately identifiable from Class Assets and Class Liabilities attributable to other Classes.

  • These fees and costs may be deducted from the money you invest, from the Distributions on your investment or from the applicable Class Assets as a whole and may be used to compare costs between different simple managed investments schemes.

Related to Class Assets

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Series Assets means, at any particular time, all assets, properties (whether tangible or intangible, and whether real, personal or mixed) and rights of any type contributed to or acquired by a particular Series and owned or held by or for the account of such Series, whether owned or held by or for the account of such Series as of the date of the designation or establishment thereof or thereafter contributed to or acquired by such Series.

  • Shared-Loss Assets means Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate purchased by the Assuming Institution, Additional ORE, Shared-Loss Subsidiaries, and Capitalized Expenditures, but does not include Shared-Loss Securities.

  • REMIC I Assets All of the Mortgage Pool Assets.

  • REMIC II Assets The REMIC I Regular Interests.

  • Fund's Assets means any of the Fund's investments (including foreign currencies) for which the primary market is outside the United States, and such cash and cash equivalents as are reasonably necessary to effect the Fund's transactions in such investments.

  • Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.

  • surplus assets means any assets of the Company that remain after paying all debts and other liabilities of the Company, including the costs of winding up.

  • Gross Asset Value means, with respect to any asset, the asset’s adjusted basis for federal income tax purposes, except as follows:

  • Sale Assets is defined in Section 5.2(a)(ii).

  • REMIC I Interests The REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Certificates.

  • Purchased Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Interests Each of the Class LTA-1 Interest, the Class LTA-2A Interest, the Class LTA-2B Interest, the Class LTA-2C Interest, the Class LTA-2D Interest, the Class LTM-1 Interest, the Class LTM-2 Interest, the Class LTM-3 Interest, the Class LTM-4 Interest, the Class LTM-5 Interest, the Class LTM-6 Interest, the Class LTB-1 Interest, the Class LTB-2 Interest, the Class LTB-3 Interest, the Class LTIX Interest, the Class LTIIX Interest, the Class LTII1A Interest, the Class LTII1B Interest, the Class LTII2A Interest, the Class LTII2B Interest, the Class LT-IO Interest and the Class LTR Interest.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • REMIC II Interests means, collectively, the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-II Certificates.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • Securitization Assets means the accounts receivable, royalty and other similar rights to payment and any other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Securitization Facility that are customarily sold or pledged in connection with securitization transactions and the proceeds thereof.

  • Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Invested Assets means cash, Cash Equivalents, short term investments, investments held for sale and any other assets which are treated as investments under GAAP.

  • Repurchase Assets has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8 hereof.

  • Transferred Interests has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
