Class B-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall definition

Class B-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the amount distributed to Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 8.02(c)(10) of the Indenture is less than the sum of the Class B-2 Interest Amount plus the Unpaid Class B-2 Interest Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Class B-2 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of: (i) the excess of (a) the Class B-2 Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Distribution Date, over (b) the amount actually paid as interest to the Class B-2 Noteholders on such preceding Distribution Date, plus (ii) interest on such excess, to the extent permitted by law, at a rate per annum equal to the Note Rate with respect to the Class B-2 Notes from such preceding Distribution Date to but excluding the current Distribution Date.
