Examples of Class B-7 Certificates in a sentence

  • Distributions on the Class X, Class PO, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5, Class B-6 and Class B-7 Certificates will be derived from the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and Group 2 Mortgage Loans (together, the “Mortgage Loans”).

  • Class B-7 Certificates, accrued and unpaid interest at the Class B-7 certificate interest rate.

  • Subject to Section 6.02(c), the Senior Certificates (other than the Residual Certificate and the Class P Certificate) and the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5, Class B-6 and Class B-7 Certificates shall be Book-Entry Certificates.
