Class B Owner definition

Class B Owner means a Certificateholder or, with respect to any Class B Certificate held by the Class B Agent or any Person as nominee on behalf of a beneficial owner of such Class B Certificate, the Person that is the beneficial owner of the Class B Invested Amount represented by such Class B Certificate as reflected on the books of such nominee.
Class B Owner means any Person who acquires Common Units in accordance with the LLC Agreement and any of such Person’s Permitted Transferees.
