Class B Subclass Principal Balance. As to the first Distribution Date and any Class B Subclass, the Initial Principal Balance of such Class B Subclass as set forth in Section 12.01(a). As of any subsequent Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) such Initial Principal Balance minus the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of such Class B Subclass on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 13.01(c) and (b) the Class B Subclass Applied Losses for such Class B Subclass and (ii) the Pool Balance minus the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class M Principal Balance and the Class B Subclass Principal Balances of all Class B Subclasses with lower numerical designations, each as of the preceding Distribution Date (after taking into account distributions in reduction of Principal Balance and the allocation of any Applied Loss Amounts on such date).

The Lower-Tier Principal Balance of any Lower-Tier Regular Interest may be increased on a particular Distribution Date as and to the extent contemplated by Section 4.01(g) of this Agreement.

  • Class A Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2B Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2C Certificate Principal Balance, the Class A-2D Certificate Principal Balance and the Class R Certificate Principal Balance.
