Class C Distributable Interest Rate definition

Class C Distributable Interest Rate. The excess, if any, of (a) the weighted average of the interest rates on the Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests (other than the Class LT-IO Interest) over (b) two times the weighted average of the interest rates on the Lower Tier REMIC I Marker Interests and the Class LTIX Interest (treating for purposes of this clause (b) the interest rate on each of the Lower Tier REMIC I Marker Interests as being subject to a cap and a floor equal to the interest rate of the Corresponding REMIC Regular Interest of the Corresponding Certificates (as adjusted, if necessary, to reflect the length of the Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates) and treating the Class LTIX Interest as being capped at zero). The averages described in the preceding sentence shall be weighted on the basis of the respective principal balances of the Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests immediately prior to any date of determination.
