This Agreement (including the Schedules hereto and any Class Designation), together with the Class B Exchange Agreement, the Class C Exchange Agreement, the Class D Exchange Agreement, the Tax Receivable Agreements and the Registration Rights Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof and fully supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
