  • In the event that the Partnership has not paid all applicable accrued and payable distributions on a series of Class C LP Units for 24 months in the aggregate, whether or not consecutive and whether or not such distributions shall have been declared by the board of directors of the General Partner, the holders of such Class C LP Units will be issued 100 Special Voting Units for each such Class C LP Unit held.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Class A Unit means a unit representing a Class A Interest having the rights, preferences and designations provided for such class in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Preferred Unit means a fractional share of the Partnership Interests that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Sections 4.01, 4.03 or 4.04 hereof that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the OP Units.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
