Class C Monthly Principal definition

Class C Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class C Certificates as calculated in accordance with Section 4.6(c) of the Agreement, as amended hereby by Section 9.
Class C Monthly Principal shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.3(c).
Class C Monthly Principal means, (A) on any Payment Date other than the Class C Stated Maturity Date, an amount equal to the product of (x) the Class C Percentage and (y) the Monthly Principal and (B) on the Class C Stated Maturity Date, the entire amount of the then outstanding Class C Note Balance.

More Definitions of Class C Monthly Principal

Class C Monthly Principal is defined in subsection 5.3(d).
Class C Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class C Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.7(c).
