Class Compensation Fund definition

Class Compensation Fund means the Class Settlement Amount less the Zola Payment, Class Counsel Fees, and all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes, any other amounts incurred or payable relating to approval, implementation and administration of the settlement including, without limitation, the costs, fees, and expenses of notice to class members, and the fees, expenses, disbursements and taxes paid to the Claims Administrator for administration of the Class Settlement Amount, the Holdback and any other expenses ordered by the courts;
Class Compensation Fund refers to the amount of $7,200,000 paid by the Defendants as part of the Settlement Amount;

Examples of Class Compensation Fund in a sentence

  • If the Claims Administrator does not receive a Claim Form from a Claimant by the deadline, then the Claimant shall not be eligible for any compensation whatsoever from the Class Compensation Fund.

  • Any Person that wishes to claim compensation from the Class Compensation Fund shall deliver to, or otherwise provide, the Claims Administrator a Claim Form by the date set by the Court.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Claims Administrator shall have the discretion to permit otherwise-valid late claims without further order of the Court, but only if doing so will not materially delay the distribution of the Class Compensation Fund.

  • Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).

  • Deferral Contributions are Salary Reduction Contributions and Cash or Deferred Contributions the Employer contributes to the Trust on behalf of an Eligible Employee, irrespective of whether, in the case of Cash or Deferred Contributions, the contribution is at the election of the Employee. For Salary Reduction Contributions, the terms "deferral contributions" and "elective deferrals" have the same meaning.

  • Gross compensation means every form of remuneration payable for a given period to an individual for services provided including salaries, commissions, vacation pay, severance pay, bonuses, and any board, rent, housing, lodging, payments in kind, and any similar benefit received from the individual's employer.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Cash Compensation means any discount, concession, fee, service fee, commission, sales charge, loan, override, or cash benefit received by a producer in connection with the recommendation or sale of an annuity from an insurer, intermediary, or directly from the consumer.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
