Class D Interest definition

Class D Interest means, for any Tranche of Class D Notes for any Distribution Date, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Terms Document, the amount of interest accrued on the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of such Tranche, calculated at the Note Interest Rate and in accordance with the calculation basis specified in the Terms Document for such Tranche, for the Monthly Interest Accrual Period ending on such Distribution Date (or, if applicable, ending after such Distribution Date but prior to the next Distribution Date).
Class D Interest. Each of the Class D-1 and Class D-2 Interests.
Class D Interest means, with respect to any Partner, the interest in the Partnership which is reflected by that Partner’s Class D Amount, Class D Capital Contributions and its right to all residual Net Income, Net Loss and distributions not otherwise allocated to the Class B Interests or the Class C Interests, plus any voting or other rights related to these interests.

  • For the purposes of calculating the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Debt Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

Class D Interest means the Class of Investor Certificates designated as "Providian Master Trust, Class D Interest, Series 2000-2" pursuant to Section 1.01(a).

Revolving Receivables Reserve Account. On each Business Day, the Trustee, acting in accordance with instructions from the Servicer, shall deposit in the Revolving Receivables Reserve Account, to the extent of any Available Series 1998-2 Finance Charge Collections remaining after giving effect to the applications pursuant to subsections 4.9(a)(i) through (xiii) of the Agreement an amount equal to the lesser of (x) any such remaining Available Series 1998-2 Finance Charge Collections and (y) an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Specified Revolving Receivables Reserve Amount on such date over the amount then on deposit in the Revolving Receivables Reserve Account.
