Class F Component definition

Class F Component. The Component having such designation.
Class F Component. With respect to the Class X Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X Certificates equal to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LF Uncertificated Interest.
Class F Component means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class F Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest F.

Class F Component means, in respect of (a) the Class X Combination Notes, a Component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €1,500,000 in original principal amount of Class F Subordinated Notes in respect of each €7,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class X Combination Notes, (b) the Class Y Combination Notes, a Component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €3,000,000 in original principal amount of Class F Subordinated Notes in respect of each €10,000,000 in original principal amount of the Class Y Combination Notes, and (c) the Class Z Combination Notes, a Component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save for those relating to issuance or transfer thereof) are the same as €6,550,000 in original principal amount of Class F Subordinated Notes in respect of each €33,140,000 in original principal amount of the Class Z Combination Notes.
Class F Component. Any of the Class F Component F-1 or Class F Component F-2.
Class F Component means a component of the Class X Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest F.

As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference Sheet–Notional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof.   • Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.
