Class Fees definition

Class Fees means the OD Fees paid and not refunded in the Accounts during the Class Period in connection with an APPSN Transaction.
Class Fees means additional charges for specific classes or courses that have demonstrably higher costs of delivering instruction overall because of the need for or use of special equipment, supplies, technology, key personnel expenses, field trips or other costs approved by the board.
Class Fees means OD Fees which were assessed to an Account and not refunded, in connection with: a debit card or other ATM transaction that was the subject of an authorization made on or before April 15, 2020; or a debit card or other ATM transaction that was authorized against positive funds on or after April 16, 2020; but not including OD Fees assessed on or before August 6, 2018, against members of the settlement class in Xxxxx v. Popular Community Bank, Index No. 653936/2012 (N.Y. Sup. Ct.).

Class Fees means the NSF Fees and OD Fees paid and not refunded on BANA Accounts in connection with (a) an ACH entry on an Account that was submitted by a merchant or a merchant’s bank with a “REDEP CHECK” indicator, or (b) a physical check (not an ACH transaction) that was re-presented for payment after having initially been returned for non- sufficient funds and charged an NSF Fee within the preceding twenty-eight (28) days.
