Payments from the Settlement Amount to each Settlement Class Member shall be distributed on a pro rata basis and calculated as follows: (Net Settlement Amount divided by the total dollar amount of Class Fees the Settlement Class Members collectively were assessed in connection with the transactions at issue); Multiplied by; Total dollar amount of Class Fees the Settlement Class Member was charged and paid in connection with the transactions at issue.
