Class I violation means failure of a nursing home or certified nursing facility to comply with one
Class I violation means failure of a nursing facility or certified nursing facility to comply with one 1959 or more requirements of state or federal law or regulations which creates a situation that presents an 1960 immediate and serious threat to patient health or safety.
Class I violation means any violation of a statute or rule relating to the operation or maintenance of a health facility or agency which presents imminent danger to patients or residents of the facility or agency or which presents a clear hazard to the public health.
