  • Up to and including the distribution date in December 2006, the Pass-Through Rate for the Class II-1A Certificates will be a variable rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Rates of the Group II-1 Mortgage Loans minus 1.380%, subject to change at pricing to achieve a par dollar price.
