Class M-10 DSI Certificates. Any one of the Class M-10 DSI Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 5.01, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-24, which are notional amount certificates based on the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-10 Certificates and which represent the right to receive certain distributions from the Supplemental Interest Trust.

  • As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class M-10 DSI Certificates are exchangeable for new Class M-10 DSI Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.

  • The Class M-9 DSI Certificates, the Class M-10 DSI Certificates, the Class M-11 DSI Certificates, the Class M-12 DSI Certificates, the Class C Certificates, the Class I Certificates and the Residual Certificates are issuable in any Percentage Interests; provided, however, that the sum of all such percentages for each such Class totals 100% and no more than ten Certificates of each Class may be issued.

  • On the 25th day of each month, or, if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day (each such day being a “Distribution Date”) commencing March 26, 2007, the owners of the Class M-10 DSI Certificates as of the close of business on the business day immediately preceding such Distribution Date (the “Record Date”) will be entitled to the distribution described in Article IV of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, relating to such Distribution Date.
