Class M-1H Reference Tranche definition

Class M-1H Reference Tranche means a Reference Tranche associated with the Reference Pool that is pro rata with the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, with an Initial Class Notional Amount as set forth in Annex 1, and which, together with the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, has an Initial Subordination and Credit Enhancement in respect of the Reference Pool as set forth in Annex 1.
Class M-1H Reference Tranche means a Reference Tranche associated with the Reference Pool that is pro rata with the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, with an Initial Class Notional Amount as set forth in Annex 1, and which, together with the Class M-1 Reference Tranche,
