Class M Reserve Account definition

Class M Reserve Account. The trust account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04(g) which shall be entitled "Class M Reserve Account, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of xxx Xlass M Certificates of the ABFC 2004-OPT5 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-OPT5" and which must be an Eligible Account. Amounts on deposit in the Class M Reserve Account shall not be invested. The Class M Reserve Account shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
Class M Reserve Account. The trust account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 3.07(i) which shall be entitled "Class M Reserve Account, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of the Class M Certificates of the ABFC 2004-HE1 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-HE1" and which must be an Eligible Account. Amounts on deposit in the Class M Reserve Account shall not be invested. The Class M Reserve Account shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.
Class M Reserve Account. The trust account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 3.04(g) which shall be entitled "Class M Reserve Account, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator for HSBC Bank USA, Xxxxxnal Association, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of the Class M Certificates of Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2005-1 Trust, Home Equixx Xxset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-1," and which must be an Eligible Account. Amounts on deposit in the Class M Reserve Account shall not be invested. The Class M Reserve Account shall not be an asset of either REMIC formed under this Agreement.

Examples of Class M Reserve Account in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall deposit in the Class M Reserve Account on the date received by it, any Class M Yield Maintenance Agreement Payment received from the Class M Yield Maintenance Agreement Provider for the related Distribution Date.

Related to Class M Reserve Account

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Interest Reserve Account As defined in Section 3.4(d).

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Class M-5 Certificate Any one of the Class M-5 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (v) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (vi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) the applicable Subordination Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period over the Overcollateralization Floor Amount.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.
