Class Monthly Interest Amount definition

Class Monthly Interest Amount. With respect to each Class of Offered Certificates means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period at the related Certificate Rate on the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class of Offered Certificates.
Class Monthly Interest Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Class of Regular Certificates, interest (i) for the related Interest Period at the related Certificate Rate on the related Class Principal Balance or Notional Amount immediately prior to that Distribution Date minus (ii) such Class’ pro rata portion of any Civil Relief Act Interest Shortfall during the related Due Period based on the amount of interest to which each such Class would otherwise be entitled in the absence of such shortfall.
Class Monthly Interest Amount. With respect to any Class and Distribution Date, means the amount of interest due for any Class of Certificates in respect of any Interest Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the related Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount, less such Class' related share of Interest Shortfalls. All calculations of interest will be made on the basis of a 360-day year assumed to consist of twelve 30-day months.

  • Concurrently, to each Class of Group I Certificates, the related Class Monthly Interest Amount and any related Class Interest Carryover Shortfall for the Distribution Date, allocated among each such Class of Group I Certificates on a pro rata basis based on each Group I Certificate’s Class Monthly Interest Amount and Class Interest Carryover Shortfall without priority among such Group I Certificates.

  • Concurrently, to the Senior Certificates in both Certificate Groups, the related Class Monthly Interest Amount and any related Class Interest Carryover Shortfall to the extent not paid pursuant to clauses A.

More Definitions of Class Monthly Interest Amount

Class Monthly Interest Amount. As to any Payment Date and Class of Offered Notes, interest for the related Interest Period at the related Note Rate on the related Class Note Balance immediately prior to that Payment Date.
Class Monthly Interest Amount. With respect to any Class of Offered Certificates and any Distribution Date, the amount of interest accrued during the related Accrual Period on the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class immediately prior to such Distribution Date at the related Pass-Through Rate, as reduced by that Class's pro rata share of Mortgage Loan Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 6.05(c) of this Agreement.
Class Monthly Interest Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Class of Regular Certificates, interest for the related Interest Period at the related Certificate Rate on the related Class Principal Balance or Notional Amount.

Class Monthly Interest Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Class of Offered Certificates and Class C Certificates, interest for the related Interest Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the related Certificate Principal Balance (or Notional Amount in the case of the Class C Certificates) immediately prior to that Distribution Date minus such Class’ pro rata portion of any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls (not covered by Compensating Interest) and Civil Relief Act Interest Shortfall incurred during the related Due Period based on the amount of interest to which each such Class would otherwise be entitled in the absence of such shortfall.
Class Monthly Interest Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Senior Certificates, 30 days of interest at the applicable Certificate Rate for such Class, on, with respect to the Class A Certificates, the related Class A Certificate Balance as of the close of business on the immediately preceding calendar month, or, with respect to each Class of Class S Certificates, the related Class S Notional Amount for such Distribution Date, in each case reduced by an amount equal to such Class' pro rata share (based on the amount of interest to which such Class would have otherwise been entitled) of the sum of (i) the Civil Relief Act Interest Shortfall and (ii) the Net Prepayment Interest Shortfall, if any, for such Distribution Date.
