Class MTM-1 Interest definition

Class MTM-1 Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Middle Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to the initial principal balance of the Related Certificates and bearing interest at the lesser of (i) the greater of (x) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-1 Margin and (y) 1.60% plus the Class M-1 Margin and (ii) the Net Rate. For the first Distribution Date, the percentage described in clause (i)(x) of the preceding sentence will equal 1.770%.
Class MTM-1 Interest. An uncertificated regular interest in the Middle Tier REMIC with an initial principal balance equal to the initial principal balance of the Related Certificates and bearing interest at the lesser of (i) the greater of (x) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-1 Margin and (y) 2.25% plus the Class M-1 Margin and (ii) the Net Rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the first Distribution Date, the percentage described in clause (i) of the preceding sentence shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in the Accrual Period for the Related Certificates and the denominator of which is 30.

Related to Class MTM-1 Interest

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class M-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-2 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-2 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class M-1 Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate on the Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date plus the portion of any previous distributions on such Class in respect of Current Interest or Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Class CE Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class CE Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

  • Class M Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class M-1 Certificate, Class M-2 Certificate or Class M-3 Certificate.

  • Class A-7 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.

  • Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.

  • Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

  • Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class M-4 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.790% per annum, and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period plus the Class M-4 Margin for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
