Class N Common Shares definition

Class N Common Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Class N Common Shares means Class N Common Shares of the Trust.

  • The Class N Common Shares (if required by law) shall also be entitled to notice of the time, place, and purpose of any meeting called to approve any merger or consolidation of the corporation, but shall have no voting rights in connection with such merger or consolidation of the corporation unless the Class N Common Shares would be adversely affected thereby.

  • The number of authorized Class N Common Shares shall be 300,000,000.

  • Following the Initial Public Offering Effective Date, the Adviser or its Affiliate must continue to hold at least $200,000 in Class N Common Shares while the Adviser or its Affiliate acts in an advisory capacity to the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means Class A Common Shares, par value $1.00 per share, of the Corporation.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class A Common Stock means the Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Company Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • A Shares means any securities issued by companies incorporated in Mainland China which are listed and traded, from time to time, on the Mainland China A Share market (i.e. the SSE or the SZSE) and not on SEHK.

  • Parent Common Shares means the common shares of the Parent;
