Examples of Class X-2 in a sentence

  • This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as Certificates of the series specified on the face hereof (herein called the "Certificates") and representing an interest in the Class of Certificates specified on the face hereof equal to the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing the Notional Amount of this Certificate specified on the face hereof by the initial aggregate Notional Amount of the Class X-2 Certificates.

  • Subject to the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Class X-2 Certificates will be issued in denominations of $100,000 initial Notional Amount and in any whole dollar denomination in excess thereof.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, if at any time after a Mortgage Loan has been Charged Off and prior to six months after the date on which Wilshire begins servicing such Charged Off Loan using Wilshire Special Servicing, Wilshire determines that there will not be any Net Recoveries on such Charged Off Loan under any circumstances, Wilshire may release such Charged Off Loan to the Majority in Interest Class X-2 Certificateholder in accordance with the provisions set forth in the previous sentence.

  • For this purpose, interest distributed on the Class X-1 Certificates and Class X-2 Certificates shall be treated as having been paid to their respective Components pro rata, based on the interest accrued with respect thereto at its Class X-1 Strip Rate or Class X-2 Strip Rate.

  • For all Federal income tax purposes, amounts transferred by the Upper-Tier REMIC to the Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall be treated as amounts distributed by the Upper-Tier REMIC to the Class X-2 Certificateholders.

  • The Class X-2 Certificateholder(s) shall be liable for any losses incurred on such investments.

  • The Class X-2 Certificates shall evidence ownership of the Basis Risk Reserve Fund for federal income tax purposes and the Holders thereof shall direct the Trustee, in writing, as to investment of amounts on deposit therein.

  • Any earnings on amounts in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund shall be for the benefit of the Class X-2 Certificateholders.

  • For this purpose, interest distributed on the Class X-1 Certificates and Class X-2 Certificates shall be treated as having been paid to their respective Components, pro rata, based on the interest accrued with respect thereto at its Class X-1 Strip Rate or Class X-2 Strip Rate.

  • Shares do not earn dividends on the Dealing Day on which their redemption is accepted.Class A-2, Class I-2, Class J-2, Class K-2, Class X-2, Class Y-2 and Class Z-2 shares accumulated investment income within the Share Price of this Class of Share on a daily basis.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Class X-B Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-B Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.

  • Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class X Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a "Class X" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, and evidencing a "regular interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class X-B Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 hereto.

  • Class X-A Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 hereto.

  • Class X Notional Balance With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period) the aggregate principal balance of the regular interests in REMIC 3 as specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[_______________], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Mezzanine Certificates Collectively, the Class M-1 Certificates, the Class M-2 Certificates, the Class M-3 Certificates, the Class M-4 Certificates, the Class M-5 Certificates, the Class M-6 Certificates, the Class M-7 Certificates, the Class M-8 Certificates, the Class M-9 Certificates and the Class M-10 Certificates.

  • Class X Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount of interest that has accrued on the Class X Notional Balance, as described in the Preliminary Statement, but that has not been distributed prior to such date. In addition, such amount shall include the initial Overcollateralization Amount of $10,346,197.30 ($10,346,297.30 less $100 of such amount allocated to the Class P Certificates) to the extent such amount has not been distributed on an earlier Distribution Date as part of the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount.

  • Class A Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class X-B Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-B Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-B Components.
