CLC definition

CLC shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble hereto.

CLC means a Community Learning Centre established in terms of Section 3(1)(b) of the Continuing Education and Training Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of 2006);

• Where, in its reasonable opinion, the Lead Authority or CLC considers that additional visits are necessary to monitor the Project, it shall be entitled to authorise any person to make such visits on its behalf.
