Cleansing Date definition

Cleansing Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.
Cleansing Date means the date on which a Cleansing Document is filed.
Cleansing Date means the earliest of (i) the issuance of the Press Release and (ii) the date a Cleansing Notice is delivered to the Purchasers.
