Clearing Houses definition

Clearing Houses means Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, HKFE Clearing Corporation Limited or such other clearing houses in or outside Hong Kong; 「結算所」指香港中央結算有限公司、香港期貨結算有限公司或其他在香港境內或境外之結算公司﹔
Clearing Houses means HKSCC or any other clearing houses in or outside of Hong Kong.

  • We may accept payments on Your behalf for Your account which have been transmitted through one or more Automated Clearing Houses ("ACH") and which are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

  • We may accept payments on Your behalf for Your Account which have been transmitted through one or more Automated Clearing Houses (“ACH”) and which are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

  • The Client also agrees to reimburse The Broker on a full indemnity basis for all applicable levies (including but not limited to levies imposed by the Exchanges, Clearing Houses and the SFC), fees, stamp duties, expenses and other charges in respect of or connection with the Transactions.

  • You shall not be obliged to give notice of holdings to me/us in any form or by any time limit for such purpose save any notice or statement to be issued as expressly set out in these Terms or as required by the applicable laws, regulations, by-laws and rules of the appropriate Exchanges and/or Clearing Houses.

  • In the event we accept payments to your account through one or more Automated Clearing Houses (“ACH”), the operating rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) will be applicable to the ACH transactions involving your account.

  • We may accept on your behalf payments to your account which have been transmitted through one or more Automated Clearing Houses ("ACH") and which are not subject to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and your rights and obligations with respect to such payments shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of California, unless it has otherwise specified in a separate agreement that the law of some other state shall govern.
