Client online account definition

Client online account or “online account” means the personalized web page, provided to Client by us for check of authorized and declined transactions, check of Reserved amount, check of balance of e-money, making payment orders, requests for reversals, receiving of notifications and other important communication from us and other functions as available for the Service, which can be accessed by Client and entitled personnel of Client with the credentials provided by us;

Client online account means an internal ledger account, (and is neither a bank account nor an e-money account), set up for the Client by MEL on Monex Pay which gives the Client the ability to give Payment Instructions in relation to Buy Currency in accordance with a Contract, which is not a Client E-Money Account.

Examples of Client online account in a sentence

  • Updates in the Fees will be indicated on the Website for the Services and/or in Client online account for the Service.
