Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.
Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.
First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.
Warrant Register shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(c).
Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.
Asset Register has the meaning set out in Section 6.3 of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];
Rights Register shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 2.6(a);
ADR Register is defined in paragraph (3) of the form of ADR.
PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA.
Registers “registered,” and “registration” refer to a registration effected by preparing and filing a Registration Statement or similar document in compliance with the Securities Act, and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such Registration Statement or document by the SEC.
Product Registrations means the approvals, licenses, registrations, listings, franchises, permits, certificates, consents, clearances, or other authorizations (including, but not limited to, NDAs and NDSs) and comparable regulatory filings required by any Governmental Authority for the Products held in Sellers’ name as set forth in Schedule 1.1(d).
property register means a register of properties referred to in section 23 of the Act;
Participant Register has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Cannabis production establishment agent registration card means a registration card that the department issues that:
Registered Supplier means an electricity supplier licensed under the Electricity Act and registered with the Authority;
Non-Registered Certificate Unless and until registered under the Securities Act, any Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K or Residual Certificate.
Lender Register has the meaning provided in Section 2.08(b).
Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company.
township register means an approved subdivision register of a township in terms of the Deeds Registries Act;
Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Submittal Register means a list provided by Contractor of all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner and as identified in the Contract Documents including anticipated sequence and submittal dates.
Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.
Registered contract means a variable annuity contract or variable life insurance policy subject to the prospectus delivery requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
