Closed circuit telephone definition

Closed circuit telephone means a telephone with dedicated line(s) such as a house telephone, courtesy telephone or telephone that must be used to gain entrance to a facility.

  • Electrical circuit means an assembly of connected high voltage live parts which is designed to be electrically energized in normal operation.
