Closing Extension Period definition

Closing Extension Period shall have the meaning set forth in ‎Section 3.2.
Closing Extension Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.8(b).
Closing Extension Period shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 18(d)(ii) hereof.

Examples of Closing Extension Period in a sentence

Closing Extension Period to permit Seller to remedy any such default, and the “Closing Date” shall be moved to the last day of the Closing Extension Period. If Buyer so extends the Closing Date, then Seller may, but shall not be obligated to, cause said conditions to be satisfied during the Closing Extension Period. If specific performance is not available as described in the immediately preceding sentence, Seller shall pay to Buyer all actual expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees actually incurred, incurred by Buyer in such specific performance action.

Related to Closing Extension Period

  • Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (i) as to TERM NOTE 2 and TERM NOTE 5, September 1, 2011; as to the REVOLVING NOTE, May 18, 2009 (ii) the date the OBLIGATIONS are accelerated pursuant to this AGREEMENT, and (iii) the date BANK receives (a) notice in writing from BORROWER of BORROWER’s election to terminate this AGREEMENT and (b) indefeasible payment in full of the OBLIGATIONS.

  • Extension Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(b).
