Closing Payment Adjustment definition

Closing Payment Adjustment is defined in Section 3.2.
Closing Payment Adjustment means an amount, if any, equal to US$6,800 per day, multiplied by the number of days between April 30, 2010 and the Closing Date (excluding the Closing Date).
Closing Payment Adjustment means the amount equal to the sum of (x) the Venture Debt outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and (y) the Alkermes Option Payment.
