Closing Stock Consideration Value definition

Closing Stock Consideration Value means (i) the Aggregate Stock Consideration Value less (ii) the Stock Holdback Amount.
Closing Stock Consideration Value means the dollar amount found by multiplying the Purchase Price times eighty percent (80%).
Closing Stock Consideration Value means the product of the Closing Stock Consideration multiplied by the Parent Stock Per Share Price.
