Cloud Marketplace definition

Cloud Marketplace means an online storefront operated by a cloud service provider in which customers can participate in trials, purchase software applications and services that are built on, integrate with or complement the cloud provider’s offerings. Cloud Marketplaces are operated by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
Cloud Marketplace means a digital catalog of software listings from cloud computing service providers supported by Sonatype’s Service offerings.

  • Where the Product is withdrawn from the Google Cloud Marketplace during the License Term by Cosmian or the Reseller or any other Google entity, the consequences of such withdrawal shall be governed by the agreement entered into by and between Customer and the Reseller.

  • Each party’s entire liability for all claims in the aggregate arising from or in connection to the Cloud Marketplace Beta, a Cloud Product, or this Agreement will not exceed the amount of any 1) damages for bodily injury (including death) and damage to real property and tangible personal property and 2) other actual direct damages up to $10,000.00, regardless of the basis of the claim.

  • IBM Content – (i) IBM trademarks, (ii) IBM-owned products; and (iii) any other materials, data, and similar information owned or licensed by IBM that is provided by IBM on the Cloud Marketplace Beta.

  • Cosmian shall make the Updates and Upgrades and the corresponding Documentation available to Customer on the Azure Cloud Marketplace.
