Technical Support and Maintenance Services definition

Technical Support and Maintenance Services means those technical support and application maintenance provided by CUSI to Licensee with respect to the Licensed Software as set forth on Exhibit A.

Examples of Technical Support and Maintenance Services in a sentence

  • If Licensee wishes to add additional Licensee Customers, Service Locations, increase Technical Support and Maintenance Services, or otherwise increase usage of the Services, the parties shall execute a mutually agreed upon written Sales Agreement.

  • In the event of cancellation of Technical Support and Maintenance Services during the annual period, no refund, pro-rated or otherwise, will be provided.

  • Subject to the terms of this Exhibit A and the Agreement, the Licensee is entitled to receive the Technical Support and Maintenance Services described herein for a period of one year.

  • In the event of cancellation of or nonpayment for Technical Support and Maintenance Services, any subsequent renewals will be subject to a reinstatement charge of 50% multiplied by the then current Licensed Software license fee, plus any unpaid historical and current annual Support Fees.

  • Maintenance Services shall include all updates for the Licensed Software as new versions, including any related documentation, which is commercially released during the term of this Technical Support and Maintenance Services Agreement (each an “Update”).

  • Thirty (30) days prior to the annual expiration date of this Exhibit A, CUSI will send to Licensee an invoice for the annual renewal of Technical Support and Maintenance Services pursuant to the current terms, conditions and pricing then in effect.

  • In the event of nonpayment this Exhibit, the Agreement shall immediately expire and the Licensee shall not be entitled to receive the Technical Support and Maintenance Services described herein.

  • The illegal absence is used to designate an absence of a student under 18 years of age.

Related to Technical Support and Maintenance Services

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
