Technical Support and Maintenance Services means those technical support and application maintenance provided by CUSI to Licensee with respect to the Licensed Software as set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Licensee is solely responsible for any Licensee Data input into the Services, all information and Licensee Data upon which CUSI relies in providing the Services and the accuracy of any configuration of the Services, including situations where CUSI has worked with Licensee through Technical Support and Maintenance Services to configure the Services.

Related to Technical Support and Maintenance Services

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.
