Cloud Solution Services definition

Cloud Solution Services means a service provided by certain Sage Group plc entities or certain of our Resellers, or which Sage or a Reseller may procure from a third party or a subsidiary thereof, which enables you to remotely access and Use the Software or certain components of the Software via the Internet.

Examples of Cloud Solution Services in a sentence

  • If you access and Use the Software using Cloud Solution Services you are responsible for maintaining your own access to the Internet so that your users can access the Software.

  • If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the agreement you have for the Cloud Solution Services with your Reseller, then the provisions of the separate agreement will apply in relation to the Cloud Solution Services (and any other services provided to you by the Reseller) but you will still remain responsible and liable to Sage for your compliance with this Agreement.

  • If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the agreement you have for the Cloud Solution Services with your Reseller, then the provisions of the separate agreement will apply in relation to the Cloud Solution Services (and any other services provided to you by the Reseller) but you will still remain responsible and liable to ZAP for your compliance with this Agreement.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
