Club Player definition

Club Player means any player registered to play for the Club in the League Competitions.
Club Player means a Player registered with a rugby Club anywhere in South Africa, who is not a Contracted Player, and who may play for a Province or SARU on an ad hoc basis provided that he enters into a Club Player Contract with the Province or SARU; and

Examples of Club Player in a sentence

  • Where a Club, Player, Official or Umpire has been fined by the Competition Management Committee or incurs an automatic fine, such fine shall be paid within fourteen (14) days of notification of the penalty except where otherwise specified by the League.

  • An NZRU Judicial Officer or Judicial Committee shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine a Misconduct Complaint against an employee or agent of the NZRU, a Union, Club, Player or Person which arises from any conduct, behaviour or practices on or off the playing enclosure in connection with any Match (excluding Foul Play by a Player during a Match which has been dealt with under Parts 1-3 of this Section) for which the NZRU has jurisdiction.

  • Person includes a Club, Player, Club Official, servant or agent of a Club, trainer, runner, medical officer, employee, independent contractor or volunteer of a Club.

  • A Judicial Officer or Judicial Committee shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine a misconduct complaint against a Union, Club, Player or Person which arises from any conduct, behaviour, statements or practices on or off the playing enclosure in connection with any Match or otherwise (excluding Foul Play by a Player during a Match that has resulted in an Ordering Off under Part 1 or a Complaint under Part 2 for which the Union has jurisdiction (“Misconduct Complaint”).

  • This fee includes; PGA Golf Management materials, PGA Golf Management seminar fees, unlimited golf course and practice range access at Raven Nest Golf Club, Player Development Program, and PGA Golf Management Student Association Fees.

  • Each League, Club, Player and Official acknowledges that in order to meet the stated objectives of these Regulations, their terms must be strictly complied with and their spirit and intent honoured and AFL NSW/ ACT has the right to impose disciplinary sanctions to enforce and encourage such compliance.

  • Where a Club, Player, Official or Umpire has been fined by the Administration Committee or incurs an automatic fine, such fine shall be paid within fourteen (14) days of notification of the penalty except where otherwise specified by the League.

  • Without prior written consent of the Club, Player will not play football or engage in activities related to football otherwise than for Club or engage in any activity other than football which may involve a significant risk of personal injury.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Club, Player or other Person may be sanctioned for Misconduct which relates to conduct during a Match even if the Match referee has already penalised one or more Players for that conduct or the conduct has been the subject of a Citing Complaint or Citing Commissioner Warning.

  • An Affiliated League Club, Player or other Person to whom this Regulation applies must not provide or give any false or misleading information to the SCC at any hearing.

  • Club means a club for the time being in membership of the Competition.
